Chin Chang Silica Sand Co, Ltd is Taiwan Multi-national Company who specialized in manufacturing casting material. We have invested over 30 millions RMB, occupying the area space of some 84,000 m2 with factory built-in area of 16,000m2 .To facilitate direct export to local and overseas, we have built our own shipping dock which can handle the cargo vessel up to 1,650 tons. We also invested more than 2 millions RMB to equip our Testing Laboratory with sophisticated equipment to assure best quality with full chemical and physical analysis.
    Chin Chang Silica Sand has moved into another new development phase after certified to ISO9001-2000 Quality Management System in May 2003. We have a team of outstanding technical professionals who have accumulated years of experiences in Taiwan and Indonesia. We are competence to serve and provide technical consultancy in material, molding, casting and resin technology.

The annual capacity of our existing production lines include the following:-

1. 40,000 tons of Resin Coated Sand.
2. 3,000 tons each of Phenolic, Resin, Furan Resin, Furan Hexamine and Liquid Resin.
3. 60,000 tons of Liquid wash, Grinding and High Purity Silica Sand.
4. 12,000 tons of Magnetised Glass Sand.
5. 20,000 tons of High-Grade Floating Glass Sand.
6. 60,000 tons of Porcelain Clay.

    We have a team of 3 professional engineers from Taiwan who responsible for Research and Development, Technical Advisory and Management role. They are supported with 6 well-trained engineers and 75 staffs.

    Our technical know-how is well equivalent in line with advanced countries in USA and Japan. Our sales have expanded to countrywide as well as overseas such as Japan, Philippine, Taiwan, Vietnam and etc.
